• Prices effective November 12, 2007
  
• Prices are per week, Saturday through Saturday arriving 4:00pm departing 11:00am
  
• Linen and towels included
  
• 40% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to arrival date
  
• Security deposit: $200.00 per week (End cleaning will be deducted from deposit)

Cancellation policy:

• Full amount of deposit is returned if reservation is canceled 60 or more days before arrival date
  
• 50% of deposit is returned if reservation is canceled 31 to 59 days before arrival date
  
• Forfeit entire deposit if reservation is canceled 30 or less days before arrival date.
